Alumni means former student or graduate. On special occasions, the alumni class is held and all former members are invited.  The alumni class involves a mix of everything you've always asked Master Sami to do over the past 15 years. Taekwondo kicks, boxing, weights and more! It's a lot of fun. Spring schedule 2023

The black belt exam is a prestigious event in which Masters and Grand Masters from our school and other regional schools are invited to attend and evaluate our black belt candidates. Every Friday during the summer session, red belts (kids and adults) are invited to attend the workshops where they will strive to perfect their kicks, select their techniques and breakings and practicing their poomsae. During the black belt exam, candidates must perform the following: 

• All kicks 4x each leg (total: 104 kicks + punches!)
  
• Poomsae (memorized choreography demonstrating various stances, blocks, grabs, punches and kicks)
  
• 3 sets of 3-4 kicks breaking wooden boards including a power kick (breaking more than 4 or more boards at once) and a jump kick
  
• 3 fighting techniques (staged kick combinations)
  
• 2-3 rounds of fighting
